GET HELP
Sometimes we all need a little help.
The fact is, despite our culture's obsession, self reliance is not only overrated, it’s a myth. We all need each other. And if we choose to believe Jesus, true greatness comes through self-sacrifice, not relentless autonomy (Lk 22.24-30).
The question he put to his disciples as he sat among them for the last time also rings in our ears: “Who is greater, the one who is at the table, or the one who serves?” You can imagine a long uninterrupted pause before Jesus added: “I am among you as one who serves.”
